Taylor Digital recently launched an interactive game website called AxBattles. The new site is designed to attract guitar players of all skill levels who want to compete in head-to-head battles for a chance at international fame and renown - along with cool prizes and the chance for live battles in various cities in the United States. The videos are uploaded to YouTube and accessed through plug-ins on the AxBattles site.

Ax Battles has an E-Commerce component with a broad range of available training materials and tutorials featuring Ax Battles’ very own Jesse Newman. Guitar Video tutorials on Ax Battles can be rented for all levels of the game to help increase player performance.

AxBattles was built in PHP and utilized PyroCMS for the content management system. An intricate system of email notifications was built for everything from challenges to battle to an order confirmation notice. AxBattles TV and Store sell materials and subscriptions to professionally-produced training videos as well as guitar tablature, t-shirts and more. Their e-commerce solution of choice is Magento, an extremely powerful platform for placing, processing and invoicing orders.
